Snyte Subprocessors
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
Subprocessors depend on the deployment model, enabled integrations, and customer configuration. The named subprocessors below are the current defaults in a managed Snyte deployment; this list matches Exhibit B of the Data Processing Agreement.
| Sub-processor | Service | Data Categories | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| WorkOS | Identity, SSO, and directory services | Identity and contact data | US |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Billing information | US |
| OpenAI | AI model provider for natural-language features | Query text and related metadata | US |
| Anthropic | AI model provider for natural-language features | Query text and related metadata | US |
The categories below may also apply depending on the deployment:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and infrastructure | Application hosting, networking, storage, and runtime operations |
| Database and cache providers | Primary data storage, queueing, caching, and search support |
| Email and notification providers | Product notifications, alert delivery, report delivery, and administrative messages |
| Observability and security tools | Logging, metrics, incident response, vulnerability management, and audit support |
Self-hosted deployments introduce no Snyte-managed hosting subprocessor. Customers should request the deployment-specific subprocessor list during procurement or security review.
